Quality control at every production stage
Attention to quality begins while the units are still being assembled. During production, welds and key components are inspected through vacuum testing and dedicated leak detection systems, confirming that the refrigerant circuit remains perfectly sealed. Heat exchangers also undergo pressure testing to verify their structural resistance and long-term tightness. Performing these inspections before a unit is completed allows us to identify potential issues at an early stage, helping ensure consistent reliability across the entire production.
Functional and safety testing
Reliability also involves safety verification. Every TECO unit is CE marked and subjected to electrical safety tests to confirm compliance with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive. Once this phase is completed, the unit undergoes a full operational inspection managed by our control systems. Here, all components are activated, energy consumption is monitored and operating parameters are carefully checked, confirming that the system performs exactly as intended from the very first use.
Climatic chamber testing
To further validate how the units operate in real conditions, we also carry out testing in controlled laboratory environments. Inside a climatic chamber, chillers run under different combinations of temperature and humidity designed to reproduce typical operating scenarios. These tests allow us to assess cooling capacity, efficiency and operating behaviour in conditions representative of hydroponic cultivation systems. This ensures dependable operation across a wide range of growing setups, from professional installations to smaller cultivation systems.
